What we believe
We believe in the word-by-word inspiration of the Scriptures; their complete infallibility , sufficiency and final authority.
We believe in the historical-grammatical interpretation of the Scriptures.
We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons; the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
We believe that Jesus Christ is both true God and true man; that he was born of a virgin, that he lived a sinless life, that he died vicariously and rose in his body from the dead; that the is presently our advocate and that he will return bodily for his bride, the Church.
We believe in the fall of man; that he is hopelessly lost due to sin and completely separated from God resulting in his need of salvation.
We believe that Jesus Christ shed his blood and died on the cross as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of the entire world.
We believe that salvation is a completely free and everlasting gift from God; that it is entirely apart from any works and that it is received by personal faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and his atoning sacrifice.
We believe that the Holy Spirit personally indwells the believer at salvation and regenerates with divine life. The Holy Spirit sovereignly equips each believer with a spiritual gift for the edification of the Church. *
We believe that once saved, a soul cannot lose the gift of salvation.
We believe in the baptism of believers by immersion.*
We believe in the pretribulational, premillennial return of Jesus Christ for his Church.*
We believe in the bodily resurrection of both the saved and the unsaved. The saved to eternal life together with the Lord; the unsaved to unending punishment, separated from God forever.
